I thought i'd finally make a page for my long-term project since i've been porting it to godot and i need motivation after 3 years of on and off dev on this project.

I've put my most recent playable build of the game from earlier this year which is still using Unity. I hope this seems like something you would want to play.

Disclaimer: It's mainly a vertical slice meant to show off all the systems working in unison. The writing is basically placeholder.

The game is about finding your place within a new community and the importance of mutual support. 

The main unique mechanic is a clothing based combat type/ability system. I've spent a heck of a lot of time mastering 3D clothing tools and rigging so that I would be able to pump out some really cool outfits. I got super burnt out finishing the core systems though so I don't have any great examples of my skills yet (please believe me)

My vision is to create a queer indie game that explores loneliness and connection to community, that covers topics of [queer?] relationships, friendships, disability, mental health and escapism while balancing camp, drama and surrealism

I do kind of think that it's important to note that the context of this game is a queer one but also it kind of doesn't matter. You will take away whatever you want/need and that's ok. Let me cook :)

Hoping for a break-core type soundtrack for the game and have a connection who's interested in helping but if you do sound like this and think you can exude auditory coolness feel free to hit me up.

Also I have a very strong concept of the game but I suck at writing (i've been getting help from writer friends to map out the game) so if you are a queer narrative designer and interested in collaborating  please hmu (ಥ﹏ಥ)
